Good art takes time. Our current turnaround is 1-2 weeks for the customization and sealing process before a tracking number is generated. After dispatch, global express delivery usually takes about a week.

Free standard shipping applies to all items except bags. Express shipping options are available for an extra fee.
Due to their larger size and weight, bags incur higher shipping costs. To maintain a sustainable shipping policy, free shipping is not available for bags.

Processing time includes order receipt and production time. (Our products are handmade, so some items may not be readily available. Once we receive your order, our production team will complete and ship it as soon as possible.)
